🩺 Our Health Guarantee

We take the health of our puppies very seriously — and we want you to feel 100% confident in the puppy you’re welcoming into your life. All of our Maltese puppies come with a written health guarantee and a comprehensive vet check before they leave our home.

Here’s What’s Included:

1. Veterinary Exam
Before going home, each puppy is thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian. You’ll receive a signed health certificate confirming the puppy is in good health at the time of delivery.

2. Vaccinations & Deworming
Your puppy will be up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments. We provide a detailed health record that you can share with your own veterinarian.

3. Genetic Health Guarantee
We guarantee your puppy to be free from any life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions for the first 12 months of life. In the rare case that a genetic issue is diagnosed (verified by a licensed vet), we will work with you toward a fair and compassionate resolution — which may include a replacement puppy or partial refund, depending on circumstances.

4. Buyer’s Responsibilities
To keep this guarantee valid, we ask that you:

  • Take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.

  • Keep up with regular veterinary care, vaccinations, and a proper diet.

  • Provide a loving, safe, and nurturing environment.

We do not cover health issues caused by injury, neglect, or exposure to contagious environments after the puppy leaves our care.

Whether you're nearby or across the country, we’ll help you bring your Valley Ranch Maltese puppy home safely and comfortably.

Option 1: In-Person Pickup at the Ranch

We love meeting our adoptive families face-to-face! If you're able, we welcome you to pick up your puppy directly from our home. It’s a great opportunity to meet us, see where your puppy was raised, and ask any final questions.

Option 2: Personal Puppy Delivery (Flight Nanny Service)

For families located farther away, we offer personalized flight nanny service. One of our trusted pet nannies will accompany your puppy in-cabin on a commercial flight and hand-deliver them to you at your nearest major airport.

This is the safest and least stressful way for your puppy to travel long distances.

Option 3: Ground Transportation

For select regions, we partner with experienced and reputable ground pet transporters. These drivers specialize in small-breed transport and deliver your puppy right to your door in a comfortable, secure environment.
